1: Make hung curd by placing curd in a muslin cloth lined strainer and placing weight on it for 2 hours. 2: Mix honey and fruits in the hung curd. 3: Portion the mixture into small rounds on a parchment paper lined tray and insert popsicle sticks into it. 4: Freeze the popsicles. 5: Dip the frozen popsicles in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle some crushed nuts on top.
