What you need

fl oz milk

tsp cardamom powder

oz sugar

tbsp nuts
Instructions
1. Peel the coconut and chop it. Add to a mixer jar and grind into a coarse powder. 2. Add ghee to a pan and add the coconut. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add sugar and milk to the pan. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the milk evaporates. 4. Optionally, add nuts and cardamom powder, then cook until the mixture forms a dough that leaves the sides of the pan. 5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool completely. 6. Shape the mixture using a modak mould or form small balls. 7. Garnish with nuts. Serve and enjoy.
