tsp baking soda

cup creamy peanut butter

banana

cup quick-cooking oats
Instructions
1. Mash banana, add peanut butter and oats to it. 2. Set the mixture aside for 15 minutes to make it stiffer. 3. Add baking soda and mix it. Divide into 6 portions. 4. Transfer the portions on a parchment paper lined baking tray and flatten them out with wet hands. 5. Add some dark chocolate chunks on top. 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. 7. Cool and serve.
