Gluten Free Farali Cake

A delicious and moist gluten-free cake made with singhara (water chestnut) flour, perfect for those following a gluten-free diet. The cake is flavored with cardamom and topped with nuts for an extra crunch.

What you need

tsp baking powder

oz powdered sugar

tsp cardamom powder

pinch nuts

tbsp milk
oz oil

oz cheese curd
Instructions
1. Whisk together curd and sugar until dissolved. Then add in the oil and emulsify. 2. Add all the dry ingredients and use milk to adjust consistency to form a smooth batter. 3. Transfer batter into a 4-inch baking tin lined with parchment paper and garnish with nuts. 4. Bake at 180C for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then unmould and cool completely on a wire rack. 6. Serve and enjoy!
