What you need

oz desiccated coconut

oz almond flour

oz medjool dates
Instructions
1. Add dates and almond powder to a blender jar and blend it to form a non-sticky dough. 2. Mix coconut and coconut milk together until it binds together. 3. Add date paste to modak mould creating a cavity in the middle. 4. Fill the cavity with coconut mixture and seal the modak. 5. Unmould, garnish, serve, and enjoy.
