Instructions
1. Mash the ripe banana and mix in curd and jaggery powder. 2. Whisk in oil until the mixture is well combined. 3. Add buckwheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and milk to form a smooth batter. 4. Fold in chopped walnuts, pour the batter into a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners, and garnish with more walnuts. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 17-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
