Instructions
1. Cut lemon lengthwise and remove the flesh to squeeze out the juice. 2. In a saucepan, take cream and sugar, then cook on medium flame until bubbles form at the edges. 3. Cool for five minutes, add lemon juice, pour into clean lemon halves, and refrigerate for a couple of hours. 4. Heat a spoon, add brown sugar on top of the posset, and use the hot spoon to brulee the sugar. 5. Serve cold.
