1: Whip cream in a chilled bowl until slightly fluffy.
2: Mix in condensed milk and vanilla.
3: Mix in the crushed Oreos.
4: Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds.
5: Freeze until solid.
6: Unmould the popsicles.
7: Mix oil in melted dark chocolate.
8: Dip the popsicle sticks in chocolate to coat them.
9: Freeze again until completely solid.
10: Serve and enjoy!
