Flower Pot Dessert

1: Chop chocolate and melt it in the microwave in 30-second increments until completely melted or use a double boiler.

2: In a disposable small glass, cut a slit as shown and close it with tape.

3: Add melted chocolate to the glass and swirl it around until the entire glass is coated with chocolate; invert on a bowl and remove excess.

4: Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes then unmould as shown.

5: Whip cream to stiff peaks and add mango puree; mix. Optionally, add icing sugar if mangoes are not sweet enough.

6: Layer the chocolate pot with mango mousse, then mango pieces, followed by more mango mousse.

7: Cover the top with crushed oreos.

8: Put a mint leaf or edible flower on top to complete the look.

9: Serve and enjoy!
