Instructions
1. Deseed dates and place on a parchment paper lined tray. 2. Place another parchment paper on top and press it down firmly using any flat object. 3. Mix pistachio paste and roasted kunafa pastry to form a paste. 4. Spread the kunafa paste evenly on top of the dates. 5. Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly on top of the bark, then garnish with chopped pistachio and roasted kunafa pastry. 6. Chill in the fridge until set, then cut into small pieces. Serve and enjoy!
